COOKED SALMON

Ingredients

2 lemons, cut into thin slices

1 salmon fillet)

salt

Freshly ground black pepper

6 tbsp. melted butter

2 tbsp. honey

3 minced garlic cloves

1 C. chopped thyme leaves

1 m. dried oregano

Fresh chopped parsley to decorate

 Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking tray covered with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. In center of foil, put the lemon slices in an even layer.

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place over the lemon wedges.

In a bowl, whisk butter, honey, garlic, and oregano/thyme. Pour over the salmon, then wrap the foil around the salmon. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 25 minutes. Turn the oven over and roast for 2 minutes or until the butter mixture has set.

Garnish with parsley before serving.

Cowboy Meatloaf And Potato Casserole

Ingredients

¾ cup of chopped onion

⅓ cup dried bread crumbs

1 pound lean ground beef

¼ cup your choice Barbecue sauce

2 tsp chili powder

¾ tsp salt

1 egg beaten

Potatoes

1 package instant butter flavored mashed potato mix

⅔ cup evaporated milk

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

¼ cup crispy fried onions

⅔ cup Monterey Jack shredded cheese

 Preparation

Heat the oven to 375*, lightly spray a 9×9 baking pan

Using a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs, egg and spices.

Press the meat mix into the bottom of the sprayed pan

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes

Remove from oven and drain grease off carefully

In another bowl, make the instant potatoes and mix with evaporated milk, cheese, dried onions, butter and bacon

Spread the potato mix on top of the meat and sprinkle with shredded cheese, bacon and dried onions.

Place under a broiler, 6 inches from the broiler, and broil for 3 minutes.

Serve with an additional serving of Barbecue sauce if you would like.

NO BAKE CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE

Ingredients:

2 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (COOL WHIP) thawed

3 cups milk

2 sleeves graham cracker squares

1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting

 How To Make No bake Chocolate Eclair Cake:

In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip.
In an 9 x 13 baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom. You may have to break them up a bit to get enough crackers to cover the bottom of your dish.

Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers.
Layer another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.


Then layer the other half of the pudding mixture on top of crackers.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Put plastic wrap over dish and put in fridge for about 30 min to an hour to allow pudding to set.

When ready, put the tub of chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften (remove lid and aluminum foil top before microwaving).

Take out and stir frosting. It should be easily spreadable now.
Remove plastic wrap from dish and evenly spread chocolate frosting all over the top layer of graham crackers.

Place plastic wrap over top of dish and put back in fridge and let it chill overnight.
This dessert gets better over time. The graham crackers need plenty of time to soften up.
When ready, slice and serve!

EASY GARLIC BREAD PIZZA

Ingredients

8 slices Texas Toast Garlic Bread

1 Cup Pizza Sauce

1 ½ Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

25–30 Pepperoni slices

How To Make Easy Garlic Bread Pizza

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Place garlic bread on a baking sheet.
Spread about 2-3 Tablespoons of pizza sauce on each garlic bread. Top with cheese and pepperonis.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Take out and Enjoy!!

HEAVEN IN A BOWL

Ingredients

1 Pkg.Of Fudge Brownie Mix.

2 Pkgs.Of Miniature Reeses.

4 Cups.Of Cold Milk; preferably 2%.

2 Pkgs.Of instant vanilla pudding.

1 Cup.Of creamy Peanut butter.

4 Tsp.Of Vanilla extract.

Thawed cool whip; I used 2 cans.Of 8-oz.

How To Make Heaven In A bowl

To make the brownie batter, just follow the directions on the box. Then, pour the batter into a 12×9-inch pan that has been buttered.

Set oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. When a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs, the cake is baking.

Put it on a wire rack to cool once you’ve taken it out of the oven. When cool, slice into 3-quarter-inch-thick slices. The peanut butter cups should be halved and used as a garnish. Place aside

In a large bowl, beat the pudding with the milk for 2 minutes. A thick mixture is the desired consistency. Put in the vanilla extract and peanut butter. And combine thoroughly. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.

Place one-third of the brownies in a glass dish that holds 5 quarts. Top with the remaining peanut butter cups and a third of the pudding.

Layer it again, and again. Finally, sprinkle the remaining topping and the saved peanut butter cups on top. Put in the refrigerator for a few minutes to chill before serving.

Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

INGREDIENTS: 2-4 small steak slices Salt and pepper to taste Garlic powder to taste 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2-4 pounds small potatoes, diced 2-6 tablespoons salted butter, soft enough to mash with a fork, 1 tablespoon for each slice, plus 2 tablespoons for the potatoes 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herb blend 1 tsp fresh thyme 1 tablespoon of freshly minced parsley DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven 400 degrees. In bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and dried herbs and set aside. Season the steaks generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with oil. Brown the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add the potatoes to the skillet, season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until browned. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet and return the steaks to the other side of the skillet. Transfer to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are forked tender and the steak is cooked to your preferred degree of doneness. Immediately out of the oven, spread a little garlic butter on each steak and the rest on the potatoes and let it melt over the food before flipping the potatoes to coat with the butter and topping them with chopped thyme and parsley before serving. Fried wings cooked with honey, lemon, and pepper

Ingredients: 12 chicken wings 12 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon minced garlic + Marinade: 5 tbsp. oil 1 c. s. chopped cilantro Juice of 2 lemons 1 C. to.s. chopped parsley + For frying: 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 scrambled eggs 1/4 tsp. in. opposite pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika bread crumbs frying oil Methods: Dressing: Mix coriander, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic, oil, and lemon juice. Rinse and soak the wings and keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Before frying, dip the wings in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot frying pan until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with a salad or vegetable gratin. Enjoy!
