Ingredients

3 cups flour

1 large egg 2tspn yeast 1tspn salt 1/4 cup butter 3tbsn sugar 3/4 cup warm milk Filling 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 2tspn Cinnamon powder Method Add all the ingredients into a bowl mix until a dough is formed, knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and no longer sticky.cover and let the dough rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer it to a floured surface. Spread and roll it out into a rectangle shape using a rolling pin.appy and Spread the 1/4 cup butter, and then mix together sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on top.make sure that it's evenly distributed. Roll it evenly, Then use a sharp knife to cut out the dough into equal pieces. Place the dough pieces into a greased baking tray cover and let them proof for 60 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a Preheated oven at 180°c for 20 -25 minutes. For the cream cheese topping whisk together 3tbsn butter, 2/3 cup cream cheese, 1tspn vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, 1 cup icing sugar whisk until smooth and add to the rolls while still warm
